System DPI Setting: 120 DPI (125 percent)

When I ran Dell diagnostics, both video cards were functional separately until it tested transformation between two graphics card(Intel and Nvidia) I started the game by making it use Nvidia card with no luck. I have manually configured to use Nvidia card through nvidia control panel with no luck I have uninstalled the drivers and clean installed them with no luck I have done some updates on all of the drivers through dell software and ever since then, laptop would now use nvidia card and gives me a black screen whenever it needs to use it.
